Big Pine Lodge History
Living in a log home means bringing the nature inside.
This Custom Log Cabin was made from oversized logs, harvested in Medford, Oregon. The log frame was assembled on site by interlocking round, hand hewn logs and notching them together. Natural cracks will appear in the drying process of the logs over time.

Enjoy 2.5 acres of privacy, a luxurious custom Log Cabin, 3 cozy bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a jacuzzi in the back yard, a complete outfitted kitchen, a loft with a game room, a record player with Bluetooth speakers, an oversized gas fireplace and quality leather furniture and linens. For the outdoor adventurers there is an outdoor storage rack for skis, snowboards and snowshoes. The house is a private residence, shared for your enjoyment. Great, secluded mountain cabin (actually a fairly large house), with terrific amenities (hot tub, gas fireplace, well-outfitted kitchen, mudroom!) and filled with nice, local charm! Very clean. Driveway was plowed early AM after an overnight blizzard. Nearby Leavenworth is full of wonderful bistros and wineries, and Stevens Pass (20 minutes away) has some of the best skiing in the Northwest.

This is the perfect get away. Great location with spectacular features. Feels like a five star lodge. The place is beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and super clean. The roads were cleared for easy excess and exit. We can’t wait to go back!

Nadja was an exceptional host!!! We were all absolutely thrilled with the attention to detail and the decorations for Christmas! This is a favorite stay for us, and we will definitely be back! Everything was very upscale and beautiful. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The BED WAS SOO AMAZING. Hot tub was perfect for my adult kids. We played games and listened to records. Kitchen had everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you thank you!

The cabin was immaculate. The decor, furnishings, amenities, and conveniences were impeccable. We have never stayed in more comfortable beds! It’s stunningly beautiful and cozy all at the same time. We loved our stay!

Meet your hosts
Daren (Seattle native) and Nadja Penry (German/Berlin native). Both have been long time admirers of the Leavenworth area, always spending free time and holidays there as a family enjoying outdoor activities at all times of the year. It has always been their dream to have a special home in the area and to share their love for the outdoors, this magical winter wonderland, star filled nights, summer fun in rivers and lakes and part of the German culture and touch, present in the home, and the town. - 60 days = full refund
- 30 days = 50% refund
